First, no Saturday service. I received a phone call on Monday. Then when they came out, they saw I had a Kenmore water softener and said they wouldn't fix it and that I'd have to buy a new water softener (there was a small leak in one of the pipes attached to the softener). If it was their policy to not service Kenmore water softeners, they should have confirmed that over the phone before coming out to waste my time and their time.
