Responded within 24 hours to my initial inquiry. Called on Friday and got an appointment for Monday. Technicians arrived just a few minutes after the advised two hour window, but did call to inform us they were running a bit late. Missed the fact that our freon level was low on the first visit and had to request a return visit. Company handled this situation with professionalism and integrity and sent out a technician early on a Saturday morning to re-check system and found freon level low. Did not charge for second visit or the refrigerant. Overall, a good company that treated me fairly and were accountable. Will use again.

I called AllBrite on a Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment to have my A/C serviced. He advised me that the next available appointment would not be until Monday, hesitate because it was hot in my home and the A/C was leaking all over my hallway floor causing it to be pulled up from water damage, I said OK. After advising of the carpet and everything, he sent someone out THAT AFTERNOON to fix my A/C. I was very impressed by this service and teh technician. My A/C is working GREAT and the price was EXCELLENT! I would definietly recommend AllBrite to friends and family.
