They came out to do quarterly service ONCE. Next quarter, when they were supposed to come out, they called me to reschedule due to weather. They rescheduled 4 times (again because of weather) over a 1 1/2 month period, on the fifth time they said they would call back when they had their schedule handy and I never heard from them again. So, I called Terminix and now I have a pest control company I can rely on (so far).

They showed up on time. They asked if I wanted to know about the product, explained what they were going to do and took their time to get it done. As of today have not seen any ants.

Before I hired him, he was very detailed on what he was going to do and what the charges were going to be. On the day of spray, was very informative and friendly, and we even got a bigger discount!! I am very pleased with his professionalism and next door neighbor attitude!!
