He diagnosed my problem on the phone and then came out the next day to assess and give me an estimate. I had a roofer her at the time and he had told me the same thing Justin had said on the phone. Before I had hired him he fixed something he saw,bands that weren't fastened down causing my gutters to sag. The estimate was excellent and we set a time within days to get the job done. He showed and got the job done. For the first time since my gutters were installed I don't have waterfalls!

The price was better than the other 2. They finished the first day except for a few downspouts, I payed them in full. They came back the next day and completed. After i inspected the work i called them back because one downspout to the right of the front entry of the house was out of level by a 1/4 of a bubble. I have have called them back 3 times now and they keep assuring me they will come back and fix. I was told the last time that they had a crew coming either yesterday or today to do some other work in my neighborhood. I would recommend not to pay in full until fully satisfied.
