Frank Flores was very polite over the phone and told me they would do their best to help with my problem. He came to the house and picked up my computer that morning and he brought it back that afternoon all repaired. He then hooked it all back up for me to make sure everything was running good. He explained what the problem was and how they fixed it. The pricing was affordable seeing as my computer was picked up for the repairs and delivered back to my home office. Can't beat service like that all in the same day. I would use these people again because they have excellent customer service and get the job done quickly if they can.

I was very happy with the service I received. The tech was very helpful and did exactly what I needed and gave me very good advise. He also located instructions for my computer that helped me to install a new power unit in my computer. I felt secure and I was treated with respect not treated like I was nobody. This service saved my computer and several hundreds of dollars.
