| Mr. Gross called me right after I registered my request. He came for an estimate the next day, gave me a reasonable price and by the next day my carpet and pad were cut to fit and back in place. Mr Gross was prompt, courteous, friendly and very competent. He explained different ways he could finish the carpet where it met the ceramic tile. I now have a nice threshold where the two surfaces meet that will keep my carpet dry when I mop the tile. He even vaccuumed the room when he was finished! I will be happy to reccomend him to others and will probably hire him to clean my carpets soon. |
